Websites for cleaners and cleaning companies

Letting someone into your home with a key takes trust. We build a site that shows who you are, what each clean includes and how you look after keys, so people feel safe getting in touch.

What a cleaner website has to do
Each type of clean explained
A weekly home clean, an end of tenancy clean and an office clean are bought by different people for different reasons. We give each its own section with who it's for, how you price it (by the hour, by the room or by the job) and how often you can come.
A checklist of what is included
We turn your checklist into a plain list for each clean: oven, inside cupboards, windows, skirting boards, with the extras you charge for marked as extras. It heads off the "I thought that was included" conversation, and end of tenancy customers can see you cover what the letting agent will check.
Insurance, keys and checks
We say you're insured and what for. If you or your team hold a basic DBS check, we say so and give the date. We also explain how you store and label keys and who will come to the house, because that is often the real worry behind the enquiry.
Room for new regulars
Regular customers want a set day and the same cleaner each time. We show the areas and days you work, and whether you have space for new regular customers, so enquiries arrive when you can take them.

What your customers check first
People check three things before they get in touch: that you cover their street, what's included in the clean they want, and that you're insured and trustworthy with their keys. End of tenancy customers also ask whether you'll come back if the letting agent isn't happy. A real face on the about page and reviews from local customers go a long way here.

Questions cleaners ask
Can the site say I am DBS checked?
Yes, if you are. A basic DBS check is one you can apply for yourself as a self-employed cleaner. We say which check you hold and when it was issued, and leave it off if you don't have one.
Can I show prices when every house is different?
Yes. You can show an hourly rate, or a from price for set jobs such as a two bedroom end of tenancy clean, with a note on what changes it. A starting price saves you quoting people whose budget is far from yours.
Do you build a booking system for regular cleans?
No. If you already use a booking or scheduling app, we link to it or embed it. If not, a short request form asks for the postcode, the size of the home, the type of clean and the days that suit, which is what you need to reply.
Should end of tenancy cleaning have its own page?
Usually, yes. The people booking it are tenants after their deposit, landlords and letting agents, and they want a fixed price, the full checklist and to know what happens if the check-out report flags something. That is a different conversation from a weekly clean.
What does a cleaning business website cost?
Setup is from £495, then from £69 a month for hosting, security, backups, edits and a short monthly report. After the first year you can leave and keep the site with no exit fees. If the preview isn't right for you, we delete it and you owe nothing.
