Pricing questions
What does "from £495" actually mean?
It's the one-off setup: design, development, copywriting and SEO setup, in a single figure. It says "from" because a bigger build with custom features is more work, and whatever the number turns out to be you get it before we start rather than after.
What am I paying £69 a month for?
Hosting, security, backups and edits, plus a monthly report showing visitors, calls and the work done. It's what keeps the site running and current after it goes live, and it's why there's someone to ring when something looks odd.
When does the first payment happen?
After you have seen the finished site and said yes. The render, the private preview link and any changes you ask for cost nothing, and if you say no we delete it and you owe nothing.
What if I want changes before I commit?
Say so and we render it again. Changes made before you decide are part of the free preview, not a variation you get billed for.
Am I tied in?
The care plan runs monthly. Cancel after the first year and we hand the whole site over in working order: no hostage websites, no exit fees.
